First of all, please rest assured I mean no disrespect to people with permanent or adventitious mental difficulties. Here the term ethical retard is taken to be a description of character, and one constructive in nature, because I believe corporations *can* catch up and should be able to do it even if they apply themselves to it. But as they are as of the time of writing they are insufficient.
