+Social.coop concerns meeting
+
+## What happened
+
+- Yikes!
+- Very bad mood + energy in the room from the start.
+- People withdrawing and saying they went into the meeting with adrenaline (!).
+- IMHO substandard moderation unfortunately, and 5-vs-1 dynamics (except for one person in the CWG which was very good as usual).
+- I stepped down from 'Mastodon admin' after this meeting and considered ending my Social.coop engagement altogether based on this experience, but in the end I remain (at least for now) in the TWG exploring Bonfire/PDS topics and other experiments.
+- I remain open to further discussion, ideally with the Organizing Circle moderating/coordinating.
